SCHOOL is IN,FUN is OUT

Why,why,why?Somebody tell me why this happen so often!? SCHOOL days r so LOOOOONNNNNGGGG while HOLIDAYS r just so SHORT!!!!!!!!!!! It is just so ...UGH!!!!!!! (trying not 2 say bad words)
